Ambassadors For Peace & Enlightenment Foundation Hosts Graduation & End-of-Year Celebration

On December 7, 2024, the Ijegun Community Field in Lagos buzzed with excitement as the Ambassadors for Peace and Enlightenment Foundation hosted its combined graduation ceremony, award presentation, and end-of-year celebration. The event, presided over by the foundation’s president, Prince Iche Savior, brought together community leaders, dignitaries, and residents to celebrate a year of impactful achievements.

The ceremony’s highlight was the graduation of newly trained peace ambassadors who had successfully completed programs in peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and community development. These graduates received certificates of recognition and were commended for their dedication to fostering harmony and social cohesion within their communities.
As part of the festivities, awards were presented to individuals and groups who had made significant contributions to the foundation’s mission. Among the honorees was HRH Eze Dr. C.C. Nwokodi Okpoko I, Eze Ndigbo of Ijegun/Ijeododo, who was recognized for his unwavering support and commitment to the cause of peace. In his keynote address, Prince Savior emphasized the importance of collective efforts in maintaining peace within Lagos’s diverse communities.
The foundation’s vice president, Comrade Ikechukwu Eze, highlighted its ongoing efforts to support the needy and transform lives. “The foundation has accomplished remarkable feats,” he said, adding, “We pray that God continues to provide the resources needed for us to do even more.”
The celebration culminated in a lively end-of-year party featuring cultural performances, music, and networking opportunities. It was a fitting conclusion to a successful year, reflecting the foundation’s commitment to transforming communities through peace and enlightenment.
