Dakkada striker, Kufre Ebong insists they can still beat the drop in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season.
The Uyo club sit in ninth position on the Group B table with three games remaining in the regular season.
Dakkada held Rangers to a 1-1 draw in their last game.
Ebong said the team will not relent in their push to maintain their Premier league status.
“We will continue to fight to move out of the relegation zone. We will keep fighting hard to the end,” he told DAILY POST.
“Our performance against Rangers shows our desire to move out of our current situation, which we know that with more improved performance we can push up the table.
“No doubt we have the necessary qualities to see us through this situation. We need the fans’ backing and also everyone involved with this club to achieve this.”
Dakkada will face Abia Warriors in Umuahia on Sunday.
