I Was Serving Idol At 8 Before God Called Me After 3 Years – Bishop Roseline

An interview with Bishop Roseline Matthew, the founder of Faith And Love Communion Chapel...expert

Bishop Roseline Matthew has being an evangelist for 25 years, she thank God for his grace upon her, the ministry and her family. Bishop Roseline, believes that with Grace of God, all things are possible.

She narrated how she was called by God at her early age, testifying what God has done for her, she said that today they have many churches in Ghana, south Africa, Nigeria and many countries, presently they are planning to established a branch in Abuja. She started her evangelism at the age of 18yrs old.

She was in class 4 when she moved to Bible School after that she became an evangelist now an ordained Bishop. She boasted that God has being doing wonderful things in her life and the ministry

The day God spoke to her concerning a man she was going to get married to, God confirmed it, in her word, “God told me clearly that my husband is a member of the church I was pastoring, at first was surprised, that, a Bishop is going to marry an ordinary member, but she obeyed the word of God because I like doing God’s will. When my husband proposed to me, I accepted it and we got married, truly I married a member of church, he was also a banker”, she stated.

Eventually her husband was called to work for God but he said he was not ready not untill he had an accident that his right hand was about to be amputate but she stood up and prayed to God and when the husband realize that there’s nothing in this world he surrender himself to work for God, since then God has being doing wonderful things for her family and ministry, According to her, “my marriage was a mystery, in everything my husband is the best, he has no comparison, one in a million, a ministry builder, very supportive I love him so much”.

Briefly tell us how you become an evangelist?

I gave my life to Christ at the age of 11 years old, before then, at age of 8yrs I was serving idols and my mother supported me because she was told that I have a very big shrine that many people will be worshiping me and my shrine, for the glory to be fulfill she should let me start worshiping idols, that was how I started serving Idol, my mother so much derived joy from it, I was a very little child. I was rescued the day my senior brother came to village, when saw me worshiping idols he was forced to take me to church and since then I started going to church not until God spoke to me at the age of 11 years. That was when I totally surrender my life to God, when I was 16 years old I started preaching, going from one programme to another, invitations from many churches, I thank God for my life.

What is the secret of your of this big and mighty auditorium?

Faith, this building is by God’s grace, nothing else but work of faith.

What is your greatest challenge ever since you have being serving God?

I don’t see anything as a challenge because every challenge is like a stepping stone and also an ingredients of life.

Being a female Bishop how do you feel ?

Bishop is like an overseer risen the pastor’s and deacons, God has ordained me to do so, with the grace of God I have pastor’s and deacons under me in Nigeria and overseas

What message do you have for your members in Nigeria and other countries?

My message for them is faith, I am born to save life because God told me to rescue men, pull men out from the mud and preach the word of God to them, also establish Christ in them .

What message do you have for the leader’s of this country?

Our leaders should submit themselves to God and be connected to God, to be able to detect problems of Nigerian, our leaders should also stop being selfish because that won’t help Nigeria, Nigerians should take time to accept Jesus Christ as their personal saviour and leave the rest for God.
