Obiano sympathizes with Soludo, Anambra Assembly over death of Majority Leader

Chief Willie Obiano, the immediate past governor of Anambra State, has sympathized with his successor, Chukwuma Soludo and the State’s Assembly over the death of Dr Nnamdi Okafor, the Majority Leader of the House of Assembly.

Obiano, in a statement issued by his media aide, Tony Nezianya, also extended his condolences to the Anambra government and the people of the State over the passing of Okafor, a pharmacist.

Okafor was the lawmaker representing Awka South 1 Constituency in the assembly.

The lawmaker slumped and died on Tuesday in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he was attending a training session organized for members of the State House of Assembly
