Renowned Geologist Godfrey Gaiya Conferred With Nigerian Association Of Hydrogeologists Fellowship

Hon. Godfrey Gaiya, a distinguished geologist and hydrologist, has been conferred with the prestigious Fellowship of the Nigerian Association of Hydrogeologists (FNAH), the highest honor bestowed by the body for outstanding contributions to the field of Hydrogeology in Nigeria.
The conferment was performed by Dr. Martins Eduvie, National President of the Association, who lauded Gaiya’s unwavering commitment and impactful contributions to the growth and development of Hydrogeology in the country.
Hon. Gaiya, a graduate of Geology from the University of Ibadan, also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Lagos and an MIAD from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Environmental Management. In addition to his professional achievements, he has a notable record of public service, having served as a member of the Federal House of Representatives alongside holding other key leadership roles.
