Gov. Sanwo-Olu Deserves Second Term – Barr Ademuyiwa

The Ex-Council Chief of Kosofe Local Government, Bar. Ademuyiwa Adedeji, has sought re-election for Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the All progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in Lagos State.

Barr Ademuyiwa made this call during a press conference he organised at Mende Maryland, Lagos, on March 2, 2023 to support Mr Sanwo-Olu for the up coming governorship election.

He appealed to all well meaning Lagosians and residents of the State to come out massively to vote for the productive and significant Governor.

Barr Ademuyiwa Adedeji highlighted some enviable achievements of Mr Sanwo-Olu Babajide, pointing out some notable achievements of the governor on which basis he said he (Sanwo-Olu) should be reelected.

In the area of justice administration, Barr Ademuyiwa said, Sanwo-Olu has inaugurated 4 new offices of the Citizens’ Mediation Centre (CMC) at Ojo Local Government, Alimosho and Igando.

Other achievements include; 32-Metric Tons per hour, Imota Rice Mill (the largest in Africa), commissioning of the new Glover Hall, completion and commissioning of over 300 road projects and more under construction.

According to Ademuyiwa, Sanwo-Olu has also constructed rail, roads, Lagferry boats and Jetties as well as the upgrading of over 970 Public Primary & Secondary Schools.

In the area of empowerment, the Governor is said to have empowered 1,500 women in the second phase of the 2022 Mega Empowerment Programme under Lagos State Empowerment Trust Fund (LSETF).

He has commissioned 16 housing projects in 3 years and inaugurated 4 mother and child centres (MCCS) at Aja, Epe, Igando and Badagry.

As a measure towards environmental regeneration, Barr Ademuyiwa said, Sanwo-Olu has acquired 102 compactor trucks to ease waste collection.

Ademuyiwa therefore said, “I am appealing to all our wonderful Lagosians, to please ensure and reach out to their, wives, husband, friends, brothers and sisters to come in large and vote for the people’s Governor, Mr Sanwo-Olu Babajide to continue the good work he has started from his first term”.
