“I call on all parties to play politics with decorum and a strict observation of the electoral guidelines of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to ensure transparency, fairness, and credibility of the supplementary elections.

“I also urge my fellow citizens to report any irregularities to the appropriate authorities for prompt action to be taken, and to stay away from all forms of violence and disorderly conduct during and after the election,” he said.

Baba Inna implored all the good citizens of Adamawa State to embrace peaceful coexistence before, during and after the election as the state cannot afford to witness violence, destruction of properties, and loss of lives that may result from an unhealthy electoral process.
