Napoli are ready to alter their salary structure to keep Victor Osimhen at the club.
The 24-year-old is a subject of interest from the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
According to Tutto Napoli, the Partenopei want Osimhen to sign a new salary with a bigger pay.
It will also involve the promise of a future transfer at the end of next season.

The usual salary structure at Napoli is capped at €3.5m.
Osimhen’s exceptional performances and potential have prompted Napoli to consider an exception to their wage policy.
The 24-year-old has scored 24 goals in 29 league appearances for Luciano Spalletti’s side this season.
