The Black Stars of Ghana could be without Daniel Kofi Kyereh, when they host the Super Eagles of Nigeria in Friday’s 2022 FIFA World Cup playoff first leg in Kumasi, after he failed to show up for the Black Stars final training on Thursday.
Ghanasoccernet reports that the St. Pauli midfielder missed the final training session due to a suspected thigh injury.
Kyereh’s thigh was strapped with ice after Wednesday’s training session and he is now doubtful for the game against Nigeria tonight.
Kyereh has scored eleven goals and registered ten assists so far this season for St. Pauli, who are pushing for Bundesliga promotion in Germany.
