The Lagos State Local Government Commission, LGSC, has commended the Executive Chairman of Oto-Awori LCDA, Hon. prince musibau Adekunle Ashafa, for providing staff welfare.
Chairman of the Commission, Hon. Kamal Ayinde Bayewu made this commendation Thursday during the Biannual monitoring tour of the LGSC to Oto-Awori LCDA.
He said the Council chairman was committed to ensuring that staff related matters were treated including their training and retraining as well as many other areas.
Responding, the Executive chairman, Hon. Prince Musibau Adekunle Ashafa, assured that he would continue to strengthen the workforce to enhance productivity.
He stressed the need for him to encourage staff who are efficient in their duties, especially those on the revenue point in order to improve the Internally Generated Revenue, IGR.
